Gateway Authentication Failure
What does it mean to validate a failed gateway? Do I have a problem with my AT&T 2Wire modem?
My router stopped working for 2 days. All the lights are green, but I don't get the signal on my laptop. So I tried it today and got notice of this gateway verification failure. Does anyone have a solution? I will keep calling AT&T. Thank you for your help.

If you have too many problems, try resetting the router. Just unplug the router, wait 30 seconds and reconnect the power to the router. I have to do this every two weeks or else the wireless unit will not work. If all else fails, get in touch with ATT. (This means that all router lights are green and the wired unit is working.)
